Why Do They Love It?

Office interns got to experience the inner-workings of a vibrant non-profit organization and gained satisfaction from contributing to the project.

“I feel this internship has greatly benefited my professional development and familiarity with local non-profit systems.  I learned about tracking and maintenance of grant funding sources, the overall development strategy for the organization, event planning, and program recruitment and retention.”

“I feel that I was able to learn from, and contribute to, Troy Gardens a great deal, which is an important mix for an internship program.”
